As a writer, director, and producer with over twenty years in the film, television, commercial, and digital media industries, I have worked with amazing teams, both large and small, to create engaging and impactful content. I have created content for a wide range of regional, national, and global brands for various media platforms from broadcast to social. Throughout my career, I have worked in almost every area of production, from a grip to a creative director. As a leader, I value the knowledge and expertise of every member of my team, and utilize the strengths each member brings to a project. My leadership style is similar to that of a coach. While each individual brings their strengths (and weaknesses) to a team, the coach keeps his eye on the overarching goal, while building the strengths specific to each player and unifying the team to pursue the best possible outcome. I believe open and honest conversations, creative jam sessions, and understanding the passions of every team member, both in work and in life, builds the most remarkable team capable of creating spectacular content.
